I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but the place was very clean. The front desk gal was very friendly and made the process easy. Plus the rooms are very affordable. The only con I noticed as soon as we walked in is that the mirror was broken on the edge and is very sharp, so that should have been replaced before they rented out the room.

Great experience. Was skeptical of the name and part of town. Front desk lady very nice. The bed was comfortable, it looked and smelled clean. The water was HOT.. filled the jacuzzi HOT. Price for what you get is reasonable. Few things which are not a problem but also worth mentioning. There were a lot of dead ants. You can tell it’s not from being dirty, maybe just the area of town. The faucet on the jacuzzis is loose and the back of the remote is missing. The tv kept losing signal (but there is an active wildfire so maybe that’s why) you can see daylight around the whole front door. Just minor things that can be fixed easily.. but price for the jacuzzi room was decent.
The price was very reasonable for the area. They are obviously trying to remodel the rooms to fit modern standards, my room looked great. The perfume was strong at first, but it was much preferable to other smells I've had in rooms. The two beds were comfortable and there was enough space to do some business on my laptop, and to iron my shirt for work. I will be staying here again, if I ever come through.
Great 2 star motel. Reasonable rates. Good location. Clean room, air conditioning/heat work beautifully, QUIET. Staff provides 4 star service. Really nice people. Many items (quarters and laundry soap for laundry facilities, etc.) are available at the front desk. Only (only) down side is, with the exception of towels, there are no amenities. So just pack shampoo, moisturizer, cup, and soap and you're good to go.
The whole hotel has been refurbished. Fresh paint, new flooring, comfortable beds and clean rooms. We found it to be a great value for the money. Close to the downtown area , it's location was perfect for us. They also have a laundry room which was nice.
The pleasant staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. From the looks at first I was concerned I made a mistake but I could not have asked fir a better stay while there. If your looking fir a good price snd a comfortable clean place to stay I recommend this motel. I was also grateful for the late check out at no charge. Very professional and accommodating.
The room was clean, staff very friendly, bed was comfortable, everything smelling nice, with a smart TV, I fully recommend this place to stay in downtown Medford, close to shops and night life. I would go back there when needed.
